The ReCAAP ISC conducted a Cluster Meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam during 5-6 Jul 17. The aim of the meeting was to better understand the challenges faced in combating armed robbery against ships and to foster closer cooperation between the governmental agencies and the shipping industry in Vietnam.
