On 26 April 2018, Chairperson of the ReCAAP ISC Governing Council RADM Joel S Garcia and Executive Director Mr. Masafumi Kuroki hosted members of OCIMF for a dialogue to discuss the latest situation of piracy and sea robbery in Asia as well as topics of mutual interests.
